Kayak Island Picnics

Kayak Island Picnics

Island Picnics in South Pasadena Florida

JUST A 20 MINUTE PADDLE TO A SANDY SECLUDED ISLAND!

The passing dolphin pod, schools of mullet, the mystic manatee & your bum in the sand on an island for a picnic is what the Florida lifestyle is all about!   Egan Park on St Pete Beach just North of St Johns church on the intercostals has a public boat launch where a kayaker can slip his craft into the shallows near the uninhabited sandy islands.

Mitch Egan has just opened a deli on South Pasadena Ave near the Corey Causeway bridge and it just so happens that it’s within a 100 yards of a public beach where kayakers can land and eat breakfast. It’s rightly named The Summer Of Love.  Great hamburgers on homemade buns, salads galore and a vegan samich that game hunters would enjoy,  And as a plus Mitch has committed to donate a percentage of his earnings on the sale of  his t-shirts to Kayak Nature for water way clean ups!  Very grooovy baby!

It’s in! It’s happenin! It’s what it’s all about man!
