The Habitat Florida Manatee program will SPLASH into the Tampa/ St Petersburg Florida area with a series of habitat cleanups in 2010!
With the help of our sponsors we’ll be providing these clean up/eco-tours FREE OF CHARGE! Your only requirement is filling up a bag of trash during the trip and together we’ll help protect and preserve Florida’s manatee habitat!
We anticipate a huge turnout of volunteers and sponsors and in an effort to track info more efficiently please fill out the form with a brief sentence or two of how you’d like to help.

I Am Having A Bat Mitzvah And I Am Doing A Bat Mitzvah Project On Cleaning Up The Waters To Protect Animals And Manatees. My Plan Was To Get Together Many Friends And Family To Go On A Kayaking Trip For The Day. I Did This With Girl Scouts A While Ago. Is This Possible? To Go On Kind Of Like A Guided Clean Up Tour. It Would Probably Be At Least 10-15 People. (3 Families.) Thank You And I Hope There Are Still Spots.

Send me the dates Hannah. I am currently working on grants and sponsors so we can keep the program alive. Maybe by the time your party arrives we’ll be able to fund a trip. Of course you’re still welcome to rent the fleet in the mean time. Great idea for a Mitzvah!
